Martin T. Pozgay, President of Barefoot Realty Group, has substantial experience in the real estate market in Florida with a specialization in commercial real estate. Since 2000, Marty has raised more than half billion dollars in commercial loans and equity on transactions ranging from $1
million to $60 million.
Since 2013, Marty has focused on residential real estate and new home building. As Broker, Marty leads a team of Realtors® with a priority on exceptional client services. Barefoot Realty Group is a subsidiary of Florida Community Services Group, a company Marty founded in 1987 to provide
management and acquisition services to community owners.
He holds active licenses from the states of Florida and Hawaii as a registered Real Estate Broker. He also holds active Florida licenses as a Florida Manufactured Home Dealer, Community Association Manager and Notary Public. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Youngstown
State University, Ohio.
