I call it my “honey pot.” I’m sure every Realtor® has one--that area of town or a particular condo complex or subdivision that no one really seems to know about, yet when you take clients there to show them a home/condo, they love it.

Being in a vacation hotspot, I get many out of state and international clients searching for that perfect vacation home. There are many condominium complexes in the area, but I’ve found one that seems to appeal to many different types of people. Here’s why:

First, the condos are two bedroom, two bath, which seems to be the size that most buyers are looking for. In fact, I find it difficult to sell anything smaller.

Second, the condo complex is well maintained and sits back from a busy thoroughfare. So although it is conveniently located, residents don’t hear the traffic noise once they are in the complex and they can walk to popular restaurants, shopping and grocery.

Third, the complex sits on the Intracoastal Waterway. Although not all condos have water views, having one side of the complex on water keeps the noise down, and of course, offers nice views for the upper floors.

Fourth, above all, the condos are priced right. The complex was built in the mid 1980s; however, many residents have upgraded flooring, appliances and bathrooms so the condos show very well. Prices start from $120,000, which is a steal in our area for a place that is only 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in the state.
